Perfect location for a getaway to hot springs national park Positive: Such a cute vacation unit with everything I needed. Kitchen was fully stocked. Comfortable bed. Full bathroom. Even had a little living room area. Walkable distance to downtown hot springs and balance rock trailhead. Had a parking lot off the main road. On site laundry was amazing. Negative: The walls were a bit thin and I could hear my neighbors in the unit making noise. This stopped by reasonable bedtime hours, so not really an issue.

The perfect gateway cottage! Positive: Location is perfect , the coziness and the choice for decor and colors. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom very functional. Negative: everything was great !
