Pet friendly downtown studio!

Beautiful little studio apartment! Super clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there...of course you need to bring your food, a Walmart is just a short drive. It is located within walking distance to downtown historic district and hot baths/tub row (you must secure a soak while you're there). Also a must stop is The Ohio Club great history, drinks, food and music!

One of our favorite stays on our 10 day road trip. Positive: what a fantastic space. Very well decorated with functionality. Lots of space. A great kitchen area. Nice to have a nice sized fridge and bed. Everything was very comfortable. Negative: unfortunately the neighbor is out of their control. A bit unsightly. Wouldn't stop me from staying there again. Front of rental very well lit, including the parking spots.

This was a very convenient, clean, and cozy pet friendly place within easy walking distance of Bath house row and other area attractions. Ample on-site parking made loading and unloading very convenient. I made a mistake and booked the wrong date, but they were able to make a simple adjustment and with a little luck got us in for the correct date. Quick and friendly communications along with some suggestions for places to visit and eat.

Very easy to communicate with and very comfortable and safe. Positive: Walkable to historical area and restaurants. Negative: It had everything you needed.

We're adding this property to visit again. Convenient to Bathhouse Row, yet off the main street. We loved the attention to detail, cleanliness, and super comfy bed. Felt more like an upscale boutique stay. We have stayed at many properties. This one was the best stocked and super clean. I was amazed by the small touches. Plus, parking off the street (right in front of the apartment) made unloading/loading a breeze. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, we slept so well. If you stay on Grand Avenue, there can be lots of traffic, sirens, and people noise at all hours. The hosts were fast to respond and made us feel welcome. I wish that we had been able to spend a couple of days!
